IMPORTANT- Change of Online Services February 2019- SystmOne and NHS App integration now Live
Please note that due to our change of computer system from Microtest Evolution to TPP SystmOne the following now applies with regards to prescription ordering- we have changed our online services from The Waiting Room to SystmOnline/NHS App .
As online user accounts do not unfortunately migrate, the advantage of the NHS App is that you can register a new account using built in ID verification without having to visit the surgery.
If you do not have a smartphone and have previously held a validated Waiting Room Account, you can apply for a SystmOnline account via this transfer form. Please note however that due to over 2000 users to migrate, it will likely be quicker to create an account yourself via the NHS App.

Please see the following guide for registering to use SystmOnline. At present you cannot use the NHS App to register a proxy (e.g. child) account or use it on a desktop computer but development is in the pipeline to enable this soon.

Please note the above information sheet has been recently updated. If you have ticked the DCR Access box on registering for online services and are at the point when you need to view the coded records, call our admin team at 561 305 only once your account is fully operational to trigger the clinical review process to ensure safety of Detailed Coded data prior to release.
